Payment Terms

No Guarantee of Loads

While we strive to secure the best possible loads, we do not guarantee load availability, rates, or earnings.

No Forced Dispatch

Carriers have full freedom to accept or reject any load. We do not force dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, damages, or losses during transportation
• Issues caused by brokers, shippers, or third parties
• Financial losses resulting from load cancellations or market conditions

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with notice. Any outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

Confidentiality

All business information shared between both parties must remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties.
