Service Nature

Our dispatch services are performance-based. We invest time and resources in finding and booking loads, negotiating rates, and managing communication on behalf of carriers.

No Upfront Fees

We typically do not charge upfront fees. Our payment is based on a percentage per load. Therefore, refunds generally do not apply once services have been rendered.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the carrier
  • Payment error or overcharge
  • Service not provided due to our fault

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Carrier chooses not to accept available loads
  • Carrier cancels after load booking
  • Delays or issues caused by brokers, shippers, or third parties
  • Completed dispatch services

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
