Parties

This agreement is made between  (“Dispatcher”) and  (“Carrier”).

Services

The Dispatcher agrees to provide truck dispatch services, including:

• Finding and booking loads
• Negotiating rates
• Managing broker communication
• Handling paperwork

The Dispatcher does not act as a broker or shipper.

Carrier Responsibilities

The Carrier agrees to:

• Maintain valid MC & DOT authority
• Have active insurance coverage
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Deliver loads safely and on time

Payment Terms

• Dispatcher fee: [5% – 10%] per load (ya jo aap charge karte ho)
• Payment will be made weekly / per load
• Late payments may result in service suspension

No Forced Dispatch

The Carrier has full right to accept or reject any load. The Dispatcher will not force dispatch.

Independent Contractor

The Dispatcher operates as an independent contractor and is not responsible for:

• Cargo damage
• Delays
• Accidents

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Liability Disclaimer

The Dispatcher is not liable for any financial loss, delays, or damages arising from load transportation.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business and customer information confidential.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [USA].

Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this agreement.
